Supers (Over 35s) Pre Season

Hope everyone has had a good break?

Its time to get serious about playing finals footy. Lets show the competition we want to make a statement by going one step further, its up to US.

In 2014, the Supers made the finals in only their second year after finishing 4th in the home and away season (of 10 teams), and were undefeated at Shark Park.

But now we turn to 2015 where we plan to make a real statement by going further into the finals. As we have found out, if we want to be competitive we need to take the initiative with a strong training program.

First 2 weeks (5 and 12 November 2014) – 7.00 pm at Brimbank Park (Bottom car park)

Each Wednesday Evening Commencing 19 November –  7.00 pm at Taylors Hill

Please bring your own water bottle. Runners Only. And if you have a friend, then bring them along.
